There are no other fees associated with the reservation. However, to have access to the beach as non-owners, the managing company of Marassi, Emaar charges 11,400 EGP (the equivalent of around US$235) to issue a beach permit that can be used by a family up to 6 for up to 1 week. If you want to use the beach (which we of course recommend is worth it even for the money) you will pay this sum directly to Emaar when you arrive, and we will show you how. Otherwise you will have access to the huge pools a few steps from the apartment at no extra cost. Also, non-owners are not allowed into the Club House.
